Special Systems

In some instances, security and/or connectivity requirements preclude the use of ordinary structured cabling. Where cable is difficult or impossible to install, a range of cableless alternatives, such as 802.11x wireless and Free Space Optics are available. For Department of Defense networks, special security considerations dictate design and installation parameters.
